Al usar Firmobra aceptas estos términos. La app es operada por Hakan Demirkol. Contacto: soporte@firmobra.com. Si descargaste la app desde el App Store, también se aplica el Acuerdo de licencia estándar de Apple (EULA).
1. El servicio
Firmobra te ayuda a crear cotizaciones, facturas, contratos, órdenes de cambio, recordatorios de pago y traducciones, con ayuda del asistente de IA Obrenzo. Debes tener al menos 18 años y usar la app para tu negocio.
2. Prueba gratis y suscripción
- Tienes 7 días de prueba gratis desde que creas tu cuenta, sin tarjeta.
- Después, para crear y enviar documentos y usar Obrenzo necesitas una suscripción («Todo Incluido», mensual o anual). Tus documentos anteriores siguen visibles.
- El pago se cobra a tu cuenta de Apple al confirmar la compra. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente al mismo precio, salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el período. Puedes administrarla o cancelarla en los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple.
- Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple según sus reglas.
3. Obrenzo y el contenido generado por IA
Obrenzo genera borradores. Los precios, traducciones, contratos y mensajes pueden contener errores. Tú debes revisar todo antes de enviarlo o firmarlo. Obrenzo no es abogado, contador ni asesor; los contratos y sus advertencias no son asesoría legal. Consulta las leyes y licencias de tu estado. Hay un límite diario razonable de uso de Obrenzo para evitar abusos.
4. Pagos entre tú y tus clientes
Firmobra no recibe, procesa ni garantiza los pagos de tus clientes. Tus clientes te pagan directamente por los medios que tú indiques (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal u otros). Cualquier disputa es entre tú y tu cliente.
5. Tu contenido y tus responsabilidades
- Lo que creas en Firmobra es tuyo. Nos das permiso para guardarlo y procesarlo solo para darte el servicio.
- Eres responsable de tener permiso para guardar los datos de tus clientes y de cumplir las leyes que aplican a tu negocio (licencias, impuestos, contratos de mejoras para el hogar, anticipos, etc.).
- No uses la app para actividades ilegales, fraude, spam ni para dañar el servicio.
6. Cuenta
Puedes dejar de usar la app y pedir que borremos tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender cuentas que violen estos términos.
7. Garantías y responsabilidad
La app se ofrece «tal cual». En la medida que la ley lo permita, no respondemos por pérdidas indirectas, ganancias perdidas ni por decisiones tomadas con base en el contenido generado. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que pagaste por la suscripción en los últimos 12 meses.
8. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos; publicaremos la nueva versión aquí. Si sigues usando la app, aceptas la versión nueva.

By using Firmobra you agree to these terms. The app is operated by Hakan Demirkol. Contact: soporte@firmobra.com. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. The service
Firmobra helps you create estimates, invoices, contracts, change orders, payment reminders and translations, with help from the AI assistant Obrenzo. You must be at least 18 and use the app for your business.
2. Free trial and subscription
- You get a 7-day free trial from the day you create your account, no card required.
- After that, creating and sending documents and using Obrenzo requires a subscription (“All-Inclusive”, monthly or yearly). Your earlier documents stay visible.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules.
3. Obrenzo and AI-generated content
Obrenzo produces drafts. Prices, translations, contracts and messages may contain mistakes. You must review everything before sending or signing it. Obrenzo is not a lawyer, accountant or advisor; contracts and their warnings are not legal advice. Check your state’s laws and licensing rules. A reasonable daily usage limit applies to prevent abuse.
4. Payments between you and your clients
Firmobra does not receive, process or guarantee your clients’ payments. Clients pay you directly through the methods you choose (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or others). Any dispute is between you and your client.
5. Your content and responsibilities
- What you create in Firmobra is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service.
- You are responsible for having permission to store your clients’ data and for following the laws that apply to your business (licensing, taxes, home-improvement contracts, deposits, etc.).
- Do not use the app for illegal activity, fraud, spam, or to harm the service.
6. Account
You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Warranties and liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made based on generated content. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. If you keep using the app, you accept the new version.
